Eat them all at once. That way you'll be violently sick and won't want to eat anything else until New Year.

It would have the same effect. You put on weight because 'Calories in' are greater than 'calories out', the calories which are exercised away. If you spread them out you would have a greater chance of perhaps doing a little more exercise each day in order to get rid of the excess calories before they settled on your tum. In the long run though if you ate them all at once and did a little more exercise each day you would get rid of them anyway.
Perhaps reduce your intake of carb such as bread, pasta and rice on the days you eat too much chocolate as chocolate contains lots of sugar which is what carbs turn into in the body.
Do not swap your vegetables, fibre or protein though or you could find you get malnourished and if you love chocolate try to go for the type that is high in cocoa solid-this contains the most detoxicants which are good for the body.

Unlikely. You will probably put the same amount of weight on either way. But you may find that refrigerating the chocolate will help you burn more calories when eating it as you body will have to burn about 4 extra calories to break down the chocolate. If you do this then it's best to spread it out a bit.

Excellent question! Personally I think it's a better idea to eat them all in one go - usually before breakfast on Christmas morning. Seriously though, it makes you feel quite sick, and helps to put you off chocolate for quite a while, thus helping to start your diet more successfully.

It's true. The more you eat, the more calories your bodty uses to burn the chocolates. But, honestly, will you stop with just that day...b/c if you get the craving the next day, or the day after that...well, then it's better to spread them out.

nt exactly......if u eat them all in one go they don't really go right through u bt they give u lots of energy which u won't be able to use n which will be transformed in fat.....whereas if u eat them one by one during a longer period of time u can burn all the energy they give u without jumping up 3 dress sizes.....

Share them with all your friends. You'll be popular, get a nice feeling for sharing your goodies, and you won't put on much weight.

I think that if you eat them all in one go then you only have to deal with guilt once.
Weight wise i would say eat them all as soon as possible enjoy it, then spend the rest of the week working them off.
Enjoy!!!!!!
