I was wondering if a carb blocker pill would help if I took it only two days. I been on a low carb diet and I've never took them before because I usually cook foods that are low in carbs, but since we wont be home for the holidays I was thinking about using them any suggestions.

I do not know how scientifically well they work, I stopped taking them because they always upset my stomach. I started to really believe the only way they blocked carbs was by expelling them from your body. If you can not keep the food you are not going to gain weight.

I loved to play ball, and for the first time in my life, I'm actually useful, at a ballgame, instead of just a big stationary person, that maybe if the ball comes within this range, I might get it. I was wearing-I'd always wore XX kind of jersey. And then I went down to medium. And then the medium was too big, that it's coming down here. So I'm wearing a rockin' outfit, and I'm making a play, and the guy stops, beans it in the face 'cause he says, "Look at your body. You're rockin' hard." And that was the first time I had ever gotten a compliment like that in my whole life.

The one I have, in the fine print it says that it blocks up to 80% of the carbs and fats that you consume. It seems to work ok.

I would not suggest them. They will be deceving and only possible look as though they work.

I have had great results with a product called Isagenix. This is a safe weight loss with great results.
