Place in an ovenproof dish with broccoli and carrots. Mix up a tin of Campbells chicken soup according to the label, add a pinch of curry powder then add to the ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven for about 45mins to an hour, then serve with a jacket potato. Yummy!

"Chicken Kiev" - 6 servings

3/4 cup butter or margarine; softened
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 large whole chicken breasts; skinned, boned and split
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
Salad oil
Hot cooked rice

1) In small bowl, combine butter, chives, parsley, salt and pepper. On waxed paper, shape mixture into 6"-long roll; freeze 30 minutes.
2) Meanwhile, with smooth side of meat mallet, pound each chicken breast until 1/4" thick.
3) Cut butter into six 1" rounds; place one round in center of each piece of chicken. Roll up, enclosing butter completely; secure with toothpicks.
4) Place flour on waxed paper; beat egg and milk in pie plate. Place crumbs on another sheet of waxed paper. Coat rolls with flour, then egg, then crumbs. In 13x9" baking dish, place rolls in single layer; cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
5) In 4-quart saucepan, heat 2" oil to 350*. Lower 3 rolls into oil; fry 8 to 10 minutes until chicken is firm and browned. Do not pierce with fork. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining chicken. Discard toothpicks; keep chicken warm in oven while frying remainder. Serve with rice.
