Sunday morning is an alignment of the planets in the eastern sky. Around the time of Jesus' birth, the planets also aligned in the eastern morning sky as viewed from Jerusalem. (Per SkyGlobe software.) Will the planetary alignment this weekend have significance?

The only significance is that to see it I will have to get out of my warm bed, get dressed, and go outside in the cold before daybreak. That's not going to happen!

I was wondering about that myself. I will be viewing this alignment.

I will get up at 5:45am to see this phenomena. It won't happen again until 2053. I imagine I will be dead by then.

I doubt it. (Because Jesus was not chronologically born during the Winter Solstice).
