If you post a questiong in the Religion & Spirituality section, how can you not expect to get very biased view points?
As for insulting ppl, most ppl aren't out to insult you, they are there to give you an honest answer. They are there to share there beliefs with you in hope that it can help you in your own religious/spiritual journey.

Yes... insults based in truth will do just fine.

If you believe in the ridiculous stories of the Bible, both of the old and new testament, or if you are willing to believe that killing infidels, repressing women and supporting terrorism is good then you are little more than an idiot or a moron. How's that for an insult?

Change your way of thinking and reflect only the truth of reality and you'll win the respect of others.

POST SCRIPT to djm749: We aren't friends... so stop thinking that we are. We aren't enemies either... so just get off your high horse and quit your preaching, "Friend." ...Go pitch a tent and have a revival.

It isn't a matter of insulting anyones beliefs. It's just a matter of telling people the truth. If they get insulted than that is there own doing. If it wasn't for people spreading Christian views then we would no longer have Christians so somewhere along the line their are people listening to Christain views.

Isn't that the point of Yahoo answers? To get the other people to think? So if it is about a way to cook a meal or religion it is just about people thinking through another view.

It seems to me that the most vocal Christians here insist on interpreting everyone else's actions in terms of their own. They're into converting others, so therefore the rest of us must be as well. They see things in terms of 'belief' and 'faith' and want to force 'atheists' to 'admit' that we have 'faith' as well. They've made an -ism out of theories of evolution.

Some of us want to have a conversation and value learning from people with different experiences and viewpoints. Unfortunately, the most vocal Christians insist on interpreting that desire in terms of conversion. I have no desire to convert anyone, just to share and learn.

I can convert no one to my Faith. Nor can any one else of The True Christian Faith. That is between God and the individual. There are many misunderstandings of the Christian Faith and I am here to answer those. not to "convert". Many lies are told concerning my Faith and I respond to those as well.
I make the offer in some of my responces for anyone to email if they have an honest question concerning The True Christian Faith. That is all I do here.... If you have a question you are welcome to email me.

Oh,...and, I do speak against those who are declared enemies of my faith and my family and of me.

Hatred will only lead to more hatred. What people really need is to build up their tolerance level and not be oblivious to the fact that not everyone thinks the way they do: like this guy who posted right above me.

Your absolutely right. I try(TRY) to refrain from insulting others peoples views as I realize that, that actually does not help in bringing others closer to Christ.

Not all people resort to insults, some are very educated, kind, and Christ like. They use the scriptures, and many get offended by that. But that is what many Christians base all their faith on,so why are they so judged?
