I'm addicted to junk! I love all meat and potatoes so it's always burgers, fries, mashed potatoes, meatloaf. I hate salad! What kind of stuff can I eat that isn't salad but that will satisfy me?

You should keep fresh fruits and vegis cut up and in a bowl in the fridge so you have easy access. Sugar free jello and pudding are also great to keep around and I like the snackums dill pickles and the Quaker Quakes in ranch as well. Chicken, turkey, and fish are better for you than red meat so find some great recipes for cooking these in a healthy manner. If you go to fast food places a lot, you should look on each fast food restaurant's website and get the nutrional information on their menu items so you can see which items you should pick because they are lower in saturated fat and calories.

As what every dieter will tell you, to make sure that you don't eat junk food while you go out shopping, eat before you go and also drink at least 2Lt's of water per day. You will soon get in the habit of eating healthy. Another tip is to take some fruit with you in your shopping bag. When you do feel a little peckish you could have a piece of fruit.

You can still have meat and potatoes, but don't get it at fast food places. Buy the lower fat ground beef and steaks with little marbling. Bake or microwave (poke holes with fork, rub with olive oil, wrap in a paper towel and nuke for 4 min., turn over and nuke for another 4 min.) the potatoes and buy veggies that you like.

i read somewhere that potatoes are actually good for you, especially the small red skinned ones. but if you don't like salads, why not eat fish? it's kind of a meat, and it's very good for you too! don't eat it fried, steamed is much healthier.

You might want to try fruits like peaches and nectarines. Its okay to have a little bit of junk but I wouldnt cause in your future you would get fatter and fatter every time you have junk food. Hope this helps!!!!

continue eating what you have been eating its healthy.however eat only 3 meals a day and drink only water! no milk !!!
try eating a ton of candy and then washing it down with water.just be near a toilet when u do try.
