Red Mill. But it is also the name of a legendary French nightclub/cabaret in Montmartre, Paris, dating from1889. It's famous for having invented the dance can-can and for the prints/posters by the artist Toulouse-Lautrec. There is a red wind-mill on the building - see http://www.moulinrouge.fr/home-flash-gb.html . And these days, it's famous for the movie with Nicole Kidman, of course.
