In that case, the bus would have to hop up and down. I think that could possibly be done by playing with the gears. By having uneven weight forward in the bus, everytime it hopped, it would land in a slightly advanced position.

well, i guess the bus would not go anywhere and all it's riders would be depressed and then that would make them all become emo which would cause them, including the driver, to kill themselves then it wouldn't matter if the wheels went round and round because there would be no one to go anywhere anyways.
