Today this person called 3 times and didn't leave a message on the answering machine when didn't pick up and the 3rd time I picked up the phone and said hello and no one answered who the heck is it?

Well check and see if they called like in a row within like half an hour and if it was blocked ID or something cause the same thing happened to my friend excpet she wasn't home and her house was broken into, the people were calling to see if they we home and makeing sure she wasn't home by calling severl times. If someone is home they won't usually break in but always be sure to lock your doors even if you are home cause you never know what may happen.

I usually don't leave a message if I am going to try and call back later. Get caller ID or answer the phone if you want to know who is calling.

It may be a Creditor or a Telemarketer, those things are a pain in the butt. When a number shows up on caller I D i call back. Sometimes it doesn`t work though. Good luck!

Get caller ID if you want to know who it is. I hate leaving messages, and i usually call back later if I get a machine. It is probably a prank or wrong number if they won't talk when you answer.

If someone really wanted to reach you by the third call and not left a mesage then they would have left one. I think it's a prank though because they hung up when you answered.

I get those kind of calls too.
It is annoying.
It is either someone calling the wrong number or a kid pranking
I ignore the calls ..
