sure they do. One of my close friend met a girl online .. they chatted for a year then finally they met eachother since they were in different countries. Next thing i knew he's marrying her and they're living a happy life. But this doesn't mean all meetings like this end this way.... Both parties have to feel the same way about each other and want the same things. hope this answers your question.

My big sis and brother-in-law met online years ago and have been married for over 6 years now. The problem with internet dating, in my mind, is that it poses a great opportunity for dishonesty. Wheras some people may feel more inclined to tell the truth when in person, especially about physical attributes and other more obvious things, some may feel more inclined to bend the truth either because they doubt a "real life" meeting will ever take place, or that by the time it does they will be more like the person they have portrayed.

as long as u two r serious abt ur realtion it can last forever no matter wht da source of communication is even if u r 2 worlds apart...n if u guys anit den even if u r livin under da same roof cant make it happen....it s not if its online or any other way its how u guys r takin it n how u guys value it

my daughter met someone and i told her pacifically don't get serious about someone on a line and she is love struck, a little over a year
they are a fine mix couple,but he is a mouthy white boy very disrespectful,red neck type but she loves him she says, love on the line,taken to another level

depends on what kind of relationship you want. if its friendship-it possibly could if you and the person were honest about yourselves. and the same about a more personal relationship.
