This is what happens when a woman wears ill-fitting trousers, the fork of which cuts into her groin area, thereby creating an obvious W shape down there for all to see and gasp at. This can also happen when the seam at the back of a woman's trousers gets stuck a bit too far in, and then there is a too-obvious wedgie!
In short, it's a total eyesore!!! Yetch!!!

some women have very fat labia and their pants don't have to be unreasonable tight in order to have camel toe i'm surprised that so many people are appalled at camel toe the women I know are proud of it and the men I know like it lol

Wow... how to explain and not get a TOS. It is generally the situation when a woman wears pants that are too tight and it shows the outline of her mommy parts. I tried to describe it as delicately as humanly possible.
