Kind of the German equivalent to "LMAO" (laugh my *** off) or "ROFL" (roll on the floor laughing)... it's what people would write in a text message and the like... it means "almost crack up with laughter" (literally "almost break down from laughing so hard")

It sounds like Bavarian or Thuringian German and means literally "nearly broke/break down with laughter".

it means ... you laugh so hard that you have to roll on the floor
