is wanting something or someone that is taken by someone else... a bad thing? in particular, guys. and is it your opinion that if you really want this person should you tell them how you feel, even it can make things uncomfortable. is the risk worth it.

It`s called `stealing.` Don`t steal someone else`s boyfriend or husband. How would you like it if some floozy made a play for yours and tried to entice him away? If they`re already taken, don`t tell them how you feel, that would just be plain stupid. You have to accept that you will have to worship from afar. If I was the girlfriend/wife of the guy that you desire, and I found out about your intent I would slap you rather hard!

Turn it the other way, how would you feel if a friend of yours (or any girl for that matter) was making a move on your guy because she felt she'd be better suited to him?

Leave well alone and if this guy does want you, he'll split up with the girl he's with and come to you. If you did manage to split them up to get him for yourself, how do you know that wouldn't happen again in the future? Not a good idea at all.

i guess it is in a way, although we cant really control who we fall for.We can pretend that we can move on but in the end things have a habit of biting you in the bum.If there is a guy that you like.but he is 'taken another girl, sometimes It might be a good idea to just take a back seat and watch from afar, not jump in and try and turn their feelings onto you.Its horrid when you fall for someone and cant do anything about it,but sometimes its worse when after you have let them know ,and they don't feel the same, possibly loosing that person altogether

No. However, it's very risky because in the worse case scenario, you can hurt three people down the line. Besides, if you go for it and he rejects you you'll feel horrible, and evfn worse if he tells anyone about it. My only advice is to follow your intuition, it may sound cliche but it's true. If you have bad feeling about it then don't do it!Otherwise go for it. Remember: Those who take risks don't live long but those who don't take chances don't live at all!

if u wanna tel someone you like them when they are already attached to someone else, i think its a bad idea, and wouldnt do it.
they aint gonna leave there already relationship to run away in a fantasy land, that aint life, thats a chick flick!...and in the end it will just make it embarrassing and uncomfortable.

If you dwell on it it can make you bitter and jealous. Tell them how you feel, most guys won't go really crazy with embarrassment if a girl says that she likes him (assuming that's what you're talking about).

trust me, it aint a bad thing to WANT someone else. But, getting involved with someone and going behind people's backs (like cheating) WATCH YOURSELF- your reputation's on the line.

Yeah its horrible Karma, and not only that you are signing a permission slip to him to go ahead and cheat on you with the first girl that shows interest and has no boundaries like you...

you cant have something if its already taken, back off and stay away, i cant f*cking stand people who think they can just take what they want, it really gets my god dam goat!
and 'feeling' uncomfortable is the least of your worries if you go ahead with something as low down and **** faced as that.
