cod liver oil pills and now my skin glows and my hair is growing longer. is that because of the cod liver oil pills or is it just me?

Cod liver oil and other Omega-3 fatty acids are great for your hair and skin because they have tons of Vitamin D and A. It's also good for preventing disease and ilnesses.

it's probably the antioxidants, found in the vod liver oil, that is making an improvement
