I am a teenager, and it seems as though dating is almost completely extinct. So this question is directed towards teenage girls, but anyone can answer. Would you like to be asked out on more dates with guys one on one? Or is dating not your thing, and there is a reason why it has gone out of style

I would love a guy to ask me on a date. I'm almost 18 and have never been formally asked out. Everything has only been implied love. I can only wonder if a descent guy likes me. I'm way to shy to ask, so yes I would like any guy who likes me to ask me out.

I would say ask to go on more dates. This girl may just feel uncomfortable if you havn't asked her out on that many dates. But yes, most girls do like going out on dates more that once. Also, it isn't extinct! She is just probally feeling uncomfortable.

Well, it sort was out of style when I was in school too, and it does't get any better in college. I personally would rather go on dates; it gives you a chance to get out of the house, go do smething fun and get to know someone new.
I personally feel its gone out of style because no one bothers to get to know people anymore and they skip right to having sex.

I would like to be asked, but I wouldn't really like to go. Being asked is a nice boost to the ego, but I don't have the time or the desire to go out with anyone.
