The bottom line with weight loss is that you have to cut calories. Cutting fat is the easiest way to cut calories, since it carries more calories per mass. You should still have fats, but limit them to unsaturated fats. Also make sure to eat balanced amounts of every food group.
To lose 10 lbs in 2 months, you'll have to cut about 550 a day out of your diet and to lose that much weight in a month, you'll need to cut about 1200 calories a day.
Also, eating several smaller meals throughout the day instead of few larger meals will help you maintain your metabolism. And, not eating at all will actually deteriorate your muscles. The body starts breaking down protein from your muscles for energy.
I can't stress enough how unhealthy it is to lose weight this quickly, especially since you are at a healthy weight. It is difficult to find foods that will give you enough nutrients with such few daily calories.

Yea unfortunately weight loss in wrestling circles traditionally can be pretty unhealthy, which often include crash diets, diet pills and dehydration. Just be really careful about stuff like that.

I'd recommend doing lots of cardio and higher rep weight lifting. The weights will help with strength, something good for wrestling, and also help metabolize fat. The higher reps will help keep you from building too much muscle, since even a little muscle is much more dense than fat, and will keep from sticking you in the higher weight class.

Try doing anaerobic cardio, such as sprints, stadium runs (running up the bleachers), farlegs, etc. In wrestling you need the cardio conditioning of shorter bursts and higher energy concentrated outbursts.
