I haven't looked so I'm not sure, but maybe this will help:

I have a copy of The Bush Family Cookbook, which was written by Ariel DeGuzman. Ariel was the cook for VP George and Barbara Bush, then when he was President, and finally afterward in Kennebunkport. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet but there are some enticing ones listed. Throughout the book are stories and photos of DeGuzman's time with the family, and tidbits on who favors what kind of food. My favorite anecdote is when he joined Mr. & Mrs Bush to a restaurant because Barbara wanted him to duplicate a recipe for a dish she'd fallen in love with.

Here's a link to the book:

Interesting question - I have never really thought about that before.

(this is a anit-Bush site - don't mean to offend anyone - but it does have the recipe for the Cowboy cookies)

Here is something else that is interesting:

I also think the President likes enchiladas and grilled-cheese sandwiches

Don't know! But getting his favorite cake recipe and naming it "poor me' cake would be fun.

How about a "Wacky Cake"? Now that one was just way to mean. It could have Scotch Whiskey in it.
