I use the standard formulae for this.

You are a girl, so take your age, divide by emotional IQ, square with bra size, and if it's under 18, I say NO!

It depends how the person feels about being involved in a relationship with the opposite sex. Personally, I think 24 or older is an appropriate age to start dating.

If you are a girl,,,,I would say around 15. If you are a boy It would be 17. Girls are more mature then boys and are ready to go out and see the world.
You should always double date with others first couple of times, It makes the awkwardness easier and your safer too.

Most people never mature enough to ever start dating, but for the sake of argument I'd say around 16 or 17.

16 is typically a good age...enough maturity should be there to deal with an emotional relationship like dating,...for some, it may be older...I see no reason to start younger...
