Peanut butter chocolate shake

IN a blender, combine
3 scoops ice cream (vanilla or chocolate)
2 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
a splash of milk

Whiz it up into a thick shake and enjoy. Makes enough for 2. Don't like peanut butter? substitute a couple of your favorite cookies or candy pieces.
