Would you say "yo hablo espanol y aleman" (I speak Spanish and German) or "yo hablo en espanol y aleman" (I speak in Spanish and German)?

To be perfectly correct, "Yo hablo el español y el alemán." "Hablo el español y el alemán," is also correct. "Hablo español y alemán," is used all of the time and sounds correct though the article el should go with each language. Languages are not capitalized in Spanish. Your second example is not correct at all because it includes the word en.

You would use the first one. But you might want to leave the Yo off if your speaking. The "o" on hablo implies the yo. Often native speakers leave it off.
