Last night my boyfriend and I got into a huge fight. We sort of made up and were sitting on his couch. His phone rang, he looked at it, kind of smirked and put it back into his pocket without answering. I asked him who it was and he said Chase, his friend. I thought, ok, you're lying. So later, I asked if I could see his phone. He showed it to me and the missed called showed up as being from 'jessy' he has a friend named jessee but he spells it different, obviously. And I said, that's not Jessy. He said it's his new phone number and I said well, ok then call it back. He wouldn't. So I decided not to put up with it and began to leave. As I walked out the house he said it was sarah, a friend of his from before we met that he labeled as a 'drunk slut.' I can't figure why he'd lie about who was calling and label her under another name....do you think he's cheating?

He's doin somethin dat he has no business doin. If it was sum girl who wasn't nothing 2 him as he claim, he would have 1) picked up the phone & asked why the hell she was calling. 2) look @ the phone & make a disgusting look cause it was her, & when u asked him who it was he would have told u n a sec. Clearly he's not being honest n ur relationship cause he's lying n ur face, & those lies he told u, clearly makes him think that u're stupid or something.

honestly .. yes ... it is a huge possibility that he is geting along with a diffrent girl .. i really dont wanna break your heartt .. all can say i think so .. but however it might be nothing .. and was trying to avoid a phone call from someone he hates ....... dont do anything right now ... to find out of he is cheating of not .. call him alot more often .. and show up on surprises ...... u know what i mean right ..... it miht be nothing .... but hey its not for sure ... :) take care now .. i hope its nothing .. and i dont want you to freak out over it .. calm down .. and dont jump into conclusions before ur 100% sure .....

Why does he have to be cheating for you to break up? He's obviously lying...I think that's plenty of reason to end a relationship. Lying is just not something to be tolerated - he's lacking respect for you when he's doing that.....even if he weren't cheating, he's still disrespecting you, I'm afraid.

Well, if he's not cheating, there's definetly something going on! You don't deserve to be lied to. Give yourself some time to figure things out. I'm sure, if you both love each other, everything will turn out okay.

That's kinda odd. I would not put up with that s***!!! That's bull. If it happened to me I would think that something was up and they always use that dumb line of "It's an old friend before you". LOL!!! They really mean an old F*** buddy!!! I'm sorry I hope everything works out.

yeah, all that lying sounds funny. i would look at his phone records on line and call the number or just find a way to steal his phone while he's asleep and write it down if he hasn't erased it already.

Well maybe stay togather and do some observing and see if he really is because if not then you just lost him for no reason. Maybe if he is, don't say anything to not get in fight . i am very sorry that has happend to you good luck

it does sound suspicious, but without concrete evidence it is hard to prove. have a heart-to-heart and ask him for complete honesty, explain what has aroused this suspicion as it is justified. he doesn't seem to think much of this sarah by what he calls her though. good luck.
