Soak marachino cherries in brandy for 3 months - drain & pat
dry. Cover in chocolate.

A drink called a brandy Alexander. It is an old fashioned drink. Nice.

A brandy sour? Someone told me that.

Maybe put it in coffee? The unflavored kind, not sure. I think there are other things that go better.

Try a Brandy Manhattan. Original Manhattan cocktails were made with Rye Whiskey. Making them with brandy is a "softer" drink but they are very good. Shake over ice 1 1/2 oz. brandy with a 1/2 oz. of sweet vermouth, strain into a martini glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Egg nog, Hard Sauce, Use it to deglaze a pan when making a pan seared steak. Flambe Christmas Pudding. Cocktails-Hot Toddy-Marinate dried raisins and various dried fruits for a mince meat pie or other desserts. Not too sure what you are looking for, but the above list are just a few.
