Use some pam or butter to grease the disposable pan. If the cake is from a mix, use a little of the mix in place of flour for the pan - sprinkle a little in and swirl it around so that the entire pan is covered. This is better than using flour because it won't look pasty once the cake is done. However flour is acceptable if you are making the cake from scratch.

I have used the spray like Pam and spray the sides and bottom of the pan and then also get a piece of wax paper the same size as the bottom of the pan and place it in the bottom and then pour the batter in. After it has baked, let it cool slightly and then place a plate upside down over the pan and flip the cake. Then all you have to do is pull the wax paper off the cake. I have done this many times.

One thing you can do to help prevent sticking is to lightly dust the pan with flour before pouring in the batter.

You can remove the cake from the pan once it's cooled. Place upside down on a cake rack, and it should be ready to un-pan in a half hour or so.

Spray with Pam or Crisco butter oil spray and then flour the pan. If it is a chocolate cake you can use cocoa to "flour" the pan instead of flour. You can also line the bottom of the pan with waxed paper or parchment greased

Line the pan with parchment paper before baking, leaving a couple of inches of paper hanging over the edge of the pan. After it's cooled completely, you can just lift the edges of the parchment paper.

if you have any cooking spray that works ( thats what I use), or butter the bottom & sides really good, or use crisco shorting too.
