I use the highest fat ground meat I can get my hands on. I usually throw in a little bit of chorizo too. Then when I add seasonings I put a can of mexican style chili beans in there. Maybe its not authentic, but it sure does taste great!

Great chili powder; I use Gebhardt's (my family has been using it for generations) you can order it on Amazon, using re-fried beans mashed in with the meat (fatty meat with chorizo sausage) and lots of Cumin. Grated cheese.

Also heating the taco in oil. Good tacos are oily

Lettuce shredded with cilantro (fresh), chopped tomatoes, Avocado, lemon to squeeze

Fantastic - make own salsa there is no good commercial salsa; it is all yucky

good beef with great seasoning that makes the taco and then u add lettuce and use bigger tortilla shells like burrito size and use shredded cheese salsa hot

Use pork, Your own spices and sauce , And Pace make a Da*m good salsa, get good corn tortillas And some chipoltie peppers for kick!!

Use real pieces of beef, not ground beef, and put cilantro and onion on. Also make your own mexican salsa, do NOT buy that crap from the store!!
