Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. It's a little pricy but it's the only one I've tried that worked with weight loss. My doctor recommended it to me. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

i just cut out all crisps chocolate and ate healthy meals and went from a size 14 to a 10-8 in six weeks .i also walk every where i feel fantastic and still doing well and staying at a stable weight

Vigorous exercise 20 mins a day: Running, swimming, etc. Diet consisting of mostly raw fruits, raw vegetables, some whole grains, instead of meat buy soy or whey protein powder. Drink two shakes a day for your protein and/or fish.

do yoga, eat your food in time, go to the bed in reguler time (ex :9.30 pm) do all your work your self. you can not only lose your weight you can even stay slim and healthy for a long time of your life
