me and this guy went on a date to the movies yesturday with our friend like my friends planned ut out so that me and him could go somewhere together this wasent the first time i went somewhere with him and our friends i really like him and at the movies we sat beside each other and at the brgging of the movie our feet were up and we were really close and his hand was ontop of mine on my leg and it was inching into mine and then we were finally holding hands this lasted like for an hour and half about and i felt really comfortable with him and wen ever we go somewhere with out friends we sit close or cuddle or like i lean on him and he seems fine about it he knows i like him and he knows i know he likes me but i dont know if we are technically going out and i dont know if next time we go out if i should kiss him or something i really want to but i dont know if its the right time to... what do you think...

Well for someone to be giving you the major signs like that, if he didn't want to kiss you he'd be a bit odd to say the least!
Definitely go for the kiss. Don't do it in the middle of a really good film though (i.e. in Casino Royale where Bond is hot on the heels of the bad guy, LOL!)- he might be surprised and pull away!
As for knowing where you stand with him, after the kiss, teasingly say "So, does this mean we're together?" and get a proper answer out of him so you know where you stand.

Ever thought he is thinking exactly like you are,he may be scared in case he upsets you in any way,try been more relaxed in his company,let him no that its time a decision was made about were the relationship is or maybe going

Sounds like he really likes you and doesn't want to pressure you. If you want to and feel comfortable then kiss him. What have you got to loose, I don't think he will mind at all.
