she shows up down there. She saw me down there 2 times and is accusing that i gave me the middle finger an that i violated the order. I now have to go to court on this. What can I do?? I haven't seen her other then at my private yacht club and at no time have i spoken or been in contact with her!! I live in NY.Is there any recourse on false arrest??

How about you write an order in keeping her out of your club, i dont kno what its called but since its your private yacht you should be able to take legal actoin in making sure she is not seen there

Don't talk to her. She'll blame you for more sht than you think. But as long as you avoid her and do your own thing I don't see any problems with it. If you two belong to the same yacht club and avoid each other with no contact then I think you should be fine.

Go to court and tell the judge what happened. Be honest. Get it on the record that she is doing this. The judge will figure it out and take appropriate action.

Unfortunately, in this day and age, they take the womans word over the mans - regardless of how bad she may be. I suggest you take out an order of your own, to restrict her access to your club. Other than that, you may have to find somewhere new to hang.

Just deffend yourself and say that your guilty and get a good lawer, and next time you might want to switch yacht clubs.

don't listen to that dude he is stupid don't talk to her cause you will get another violation, tell the judge what happened it would be even better if you have a witness of two but other than that i would also pay somone to beat her a**lol
