From the detail you've provided above its very obvious you know what your problems are and whats casuing them.
You need to stop drinking and start eating healthy.
And learn for your exams. Its never too late.
Pray to GOD. He's merciful and HE never ever forsakes or leaves us.
God bless
you

O.K. you're in a bit of a rut now, but it WILL pass. If you start revising now (poker will get you nowhere) when i say revise i mean seriously cram as much info in your head as you can, you will hopefully pass your exams. replace all of your alcohol with food- you need to gain weight anyway. find some really nice meals that acctually interessed you a bit, if you can't just eat anything filling.
now, about the guy in sixth form, i know it sounds cheesy, but there are more fish in the sea. something tells me there is someone better out there.
Eat, work hard and leave off the alcohol and you'll make it! I belive in you.
Good Luck!!!!

Honey, you need some professional help NOW. I am not being funny or judgemental. What you have said above is of great concern. You have hinted to many things without coming right now and saying what you really want to say. Where is your family? Why are you not taking care of you? Yes, you are young and so what if you are gay, that is really not an issue unless you want to make it one. I don't know where you are from but go to a priest, clergy, or someone that you trust and talk to them. You need to leave the booze alone and talk to someone. And please, take care of you!!! The life you save, may be your own.

You have had a very difficult time and need to speak to someone who can understand how you are feeling and will not judge perhaps a member of your famiy or a close friend, you have realised you have a problem which needs addressing before you lose you career I would suggest a visit to your gp and tell them what you have written here they can guide you in the right direction

Drinking so much will only compound your depression, I know I've done it, cutting back may be a start, but from what I've read I think it's gone beyond just cutting back. Make a start on sorting your drinking out and you may have a chance with everything else, not easy I know but well worth it.

Go to church to learn about God's way of living a satisfying life.
In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicidal thoughts.)

I'LL BE BRUTALLY HONEST, I MYSELF HAVE BEEN DOWN THAT ROAD. I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY OWN SEXUALITY AND I TOO BECAME DEPRESSED AND DEPENDENT UPON ALCOHOL, BUT THANKS TO MY OWN GP, I WAS ABLE TO GET OUT OF THAT RUT AND I TOO AM NOW A DOCTOR.
FROM YOUR HISTORY, YOUR ARE DEPENDENT ON ALCOHOL AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, WHICH IS THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS BEHAVIOUR CHANGE. YOUR MOTIVATION TO INITIATE THAT CHANGE IS TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE SO THAT ONE DAY YOU CAN HAVE A GOOD JOB AND A LOVING RELATIONSHIP.
FROM YOUR APATHY AND NOT EATING IT IS CLEAR THAT YOU ARE CLINICALLY DEPRESSED.
MY ADVICE TO YOU IS SHORT, AND IT IS THE FIRST STEP ON A LONG AND WINDING ROAD, BUT SEE YOUR GP, TALK TO THEM ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS, YOU DON'T NECESSARILY HAVE TO GO INTO WHAT THE CAUSE OF THEM IS AT THE FIRST CONSULTATION, BUT THEY CAN BE ABSOLUTE LIFE-SAVERS SOMETIMES.
I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK, AND I KNOW YOU CAN TURN THINGS AROUND.
