Hi,
Staying out the sun and using spf doesn't guarantee a smooth, age-defying complexion as there are many factors that rob the skin of its vitality.
The top 3 tips:
1. Avoid commercial skincare products that use refined vegetable oils. Research shows they speed up aging of the skin and dry the skin out, long-term.
2. Consume fruits like papaya, kiwi, apples, or pineapple for breakfast. Wait 3 hours or more before eating other foods for the day.
3. In the evening before bed, wash your face with raw pineapple juice. Let the juice stay in your skin for 20-25 minutes. It will feel tight. Rinse with lukewarm water. Glowing, younger looking skin will appear.
Good luck!

Yes! Apply milk. Or cream, for a nice British complexion. Wash off with a gentle soap.
100 percent vegetable glycerin soap is very good for the skin.
But you've basically got most of it. I'd add, sticking with it, of course, cause it takes alittle time, but the results are amazing.
And wear a hat.
Ya see anything good and cool, and soothing to the face can also help complexion shades.

try also using an exfoilating cleanser on your face once a day, it removes the dead skin and makes your skin nice and soft and it just looks better. Afterwards use a toner or astringent for dry skin or nomal skin then use moisturizer afterwards and use a night cream and an eye cream at night before you go to bed and also, never go to bed w/make-up on and a cheap easy way to remove mascara is baby oil.

My mom has used MaryKay makeup her whole life religiously and has beautiful skin. I know it's expensive but for her it really makes her look young and healthy in her late 50's so it must have done something right.

Clinique sells really good acne cream and face lotions. Clinique's acne solution clensign foam, acne solutions night treatment gel, and acne treatment emergeny gel lotion all help immensly with acne. Also, NitriBiotic Face Creme helps get rid of acne and moisurizes your skin. ZENO is a heating device that you put on your zits. It helps to get rid of them and all it is is a heater. It isn't to hot though, just warm.

Drink lots and lots of water. Not tap. Try steaming your face and neck at least once a month. that's a big help.
