I would like to have italian motif golf ball markers. Can you help?

We are having a golf Tournament, and the theme is I Italian. I have Italian golf head covers, and would like to have Italian coloured (motif) golf ball markers.

I looked around the web at several specialty marker companies, no one offered what you are looking for.

Maybe you could just use little pepperonis!
