This car was aquired by the White river Railroad.(in Vermont) in 1911 for use on the "peavine Railroad"" 20 passenger cap.Powered by 6-cyl. Fairbanks Morse gasoline engine. Looking for any information for historical project.

There are organized clubs for the collection, restoration and operation of these vehicles. Unfortunately, I don't know of any personally.

But, here's your best bet to locate one, I would think. In northern California there is an old railroad town called Dunsmuir. Each summer they celebrate this heritage with their "Railroad Days Festival".

One or more of these clubs attend this event, so I would suggest contacting the Dunsmuir Chamber of Commerce and ask for a contact with the Railroad Days committee, and that person should be able to provide contact information.
