The best place is to go to the local Office of Vocational Rehabilitation in your area of Pennsylvania (also called OVR). Its mission is to assist you in entering the workforce. There are 15 offices throughout the state serving 16-64 year olds. Their goal is to assist in becoming independent and becoming employed. It includes training (includes technical school and college), restoration services, placement assistance, and support services.
