If he were God truly, perhaps he didn't want to embarass you by showing off and doing something that you might not be able to do; he could simply have bent space to allow him to go all the way down if he wished, but he did not! This shows that he is infinitely understanding and sensitive and realizes how fragile your ego is. Also, I imagine the chaos system that had to come into being in order that God could form a semblance of human "legs" for your benefit was so fleeting that he only had time to go 3/4 of the way down before the system began to diverge and he had to catch a cosmic wave so he could go make the same demo for someone on Yahoo! Answers Alpha Centauri branch...ask a silly question....:D

That he was just like me! I could never do it all the way down either even though my kicks were the very highest of all the girls on the drill team.
Warning: Do not ever try to attemp to push God all the way down - it's dangerous because groin muscles can be torn.

ahhh baiting....again. I will give you the answer you seek. I would say "OK God you are right, you are all the way down." After all He is God, who are we to say if He is down or not.
