If he leaves his GF for you, it has to be his idea. Don't get involved. If you really like this guy, give him time to break it off with his GF.

I am in the same situation, and in the situation I am in, the guy keeps making excuses. His excuse right now is "wait until after christmas". This guy may like you and lead you on, but may have no intention of breaking up with his girlfriend for you in all honesty. As bad as that sounds, so if I were you I would let him know how you feel about the girlfriend part and see what he is going to do. He may like the extra attention that you give him, and may want that along with his girlfriend. Just guard your heart!

DO NOT! get involved however much he says he likes you, i dated a guy from work who was in a relationship and when he decided that all the sneaking around had to stop and he had to come clean he walked away single and did not want to know me. i was his ticket out, i know tht now! what you need to do is dont be so full on with this guy, do ur bit by telling him you like him etc then leave it, dont be so keen and dont always be available cos no matter what she will always be no.1. let me know ur feeling then bk off, not too much though. then leave it up to him, let him finish her cos he wants to. if he does do it dont jump straight at him cos he might think awh i just got out of one relationship, to cut the story short dont be too keen, he has to do all the work then tht way you know if his true to you or not.

You don't. Do NOT become the "other" woman in his life. Why?
What makes you think he won't do the same when/if he dates you? What makes you so special that he will give him his wandering eyes?
Oh that's right, he's not single. Don't break them up. He's a taken boy. Move on.

Do what most men do in this situation... don't talk about her when he is with you. And then do what most men wish women would do... let him know you are interested.
PS - Don't let him think you are an easy lay, it would be counterproductive.

Be yourself and that's it. You don't want to be the cause of the breakup because that may come back to haunt you someday.
