why are giblets so different to other bits of meat? think there's unfair prejudice - it's all dead flesh after all (this goes for different animals too, why do some people have no problem eating cows but are revolted at the thought of guniea pig for example?).
hmmmm....

love giblets, but never tried them in a club sandwich. We used to fry them and eat them with fried onions, peppers with thick maize meal porridge Yummy

In the South we eat giblets and we like them. I am no exception and I like them. We batter them and fry them.
