i finally got the nerve thursday and sent the girl i like and email asking for her phone number the email did include my number. the email was real nice and sincere i say the girl on friday and i was at the computer and she came over to talk to me i can remember her saying that she had to turn in a paper a 2.p.m. and that she was hungry so i ask her did she check her email, she responded by saying that "she really doesn't check her email" then i said i was wandering could i get her phone number so i could talk to her over the break i know she said she had to leave to turn in her paper she said she would be back
i started to feel bad because i thought i lost a good friend true, i do like her i wanted her number to talk to her over the break so i could get to know her better and maybe we could study together the following semester to start things off
i HONESTLY believe she is sweet person and she wouldn't try to hurt me intentionly. i think she has never been in this situation

For whatever reason, she is not interested at the moment. You don't know whats going on in her life...try to be understanding and give her your friendship. Maybe in the future her feelings or yours might change. You never know.

I say you should just talk to her before it's too late. Say something along the lines like that you sent her an email but was just too anxious to wait for a reply and then just let her know how you feel. Odds are that if she likes you too, then she will find it very endearing and then who knows what will take off from there.

Go for it man. Don't hide behind emails. Just suck it up and talk to her otherwise you may lose your chance and regret it for quite some time...learn from my mistakes...

Move on, and keep it at a see you and chat level.
If she wanted to talk other wise she would have
asked for your number, or left hers.

Don't pursue her any further. She is trying to let you down easy.
