I just got a "snap on smile" orthodic from my cosmetic dentist for my bottom teeth (I got 8 veneers on the top but could not afford the bottom too). Anyway, my question is did yours make your teeth sore at first?

I know what you guys mean about braces making your teeth sore (I had braces years ago and still remember that pain). And I know veneers can make your teeth sore and/or sensitive (this is actually my 3rd set of veneers in the last 25 years!) ... Thanks for your comments! You definitely can understand my pain from the past! But I am specifically talking about my "snap on smile" with is a new type of orthodic device that is less expensive. I also grind, so my dentist had a snap on made for me that is also used at night to prevent grinding. Anyway ... it hurts, but not consistently. I have veneers on my four front teeth and yeah, they were a bit tender at first...I started using some sensitive mouth toothpaste and was super careful about brushing and things got better in a week or two...
If the pain persists, go back to your dentist and ask for advice...

I had old fashoined braces for 2 years and yes the do make your teeth hurt. It has to do with the fact that the teeth are being moved.

He is pronouncing" snap ya arms"... It sounds extraordinary in view that of his southern accessory mixed together with his mouth jewellery. With something overseas for your mouth your phrases do not sound as they generally could.
