this depends on what type of weight you want to gain. if you are just trying to gain weight without gaining muscle then faaty foods include chicken wings, pizza, weight gainer shakes, anything fried, etc. if you are trying to bulk up from weight lifting then you should eat lean proteins, broccoli, sweet potatos, oatmeal,weight gainer shakes. foods with the lowest calories are vegetables.
