"bad" is subjective...you talking 2500 calorie bad (for someone who usually consumes 2000 a day) or 5000 bad? Was the "bad" a lot of sugar and empty calories, or meat, veggies and such?

A day of pigging out might put on a pound or two (I wouldn't think any more than that) and typically won't show up on your scales for 2 or 3 days...you don't pig out one day and it shows on the scales the next day, your body has to have time to process it all, store/keep what it's going to, and eliminate the rest through urination and bowel movements...

well let's be logical weigh however much you ate that day it can't be more than that and is mostlikely much less even if you don't use the bathroom
