look...if you want to lose weight you have to eat right and exercise. we have no idea how much weight you will lose in a certain amount of time or what you are going to do is even going to work for you. no one can tell you these things. try and see for yourself.

I'm 14 also and unless ur some type of super genius in college you have lots of free time don't take this the wrong way but maybe you don't to have time for exercise...I don't think cutting your calories that low is healthy just eat right and exercise 128 is light anyways

If you weigh 128, then the amount of calories you need to stablize your weight is 2176 (17X128). Only eating 800 calories a day is very unhealthu. Try subtracting 500 calories from 2176. That would give you thte ability to lose a pound a weel.

The main component to losing weight is that you need to burn more calories than you consume. Exercise is kinda of crucial. If you start to starve yourself you body actually goes into a survival mode and stores calories. So when you do eat you are actually consuming double the amount. I am not saying your plan is not effective just becareful.

800 calories sounds a bit too extreme to me. And of course you have time to exercise, just not in the way that you think of as exercise. It's just a matter of creative thinking. A fifteen minute walk or bike ride will do.

I don't think It's healthy. Give your body the amount of calories it deserves. 2000 calories. That is healthy. Plus I think your body weight is just fine for your height and age. Instead of doing that, why don't you try eating healthy foods. This helps your body improve its skin tone and glow, and you can lose weight at a rate your body can handle.
Excessive Calorie counting can lead on to anorexia or bulemia. If you are uncomfortable about your body weight or you want to go on a weight loss plan, I suggest you speak to a doctor and ask them or tell them to refer you to a nutritionalist. But please, before you lower your calorie intake, talk to a doctor, or have a word with your parents, or someone you can open up to.
This is not to scare you, but some of the risks can be pretty dangerous.

What do you consider "healthy" 800 calories and how will you track it?
At the Kimkins.com site I review menus & food choices for members constantly and make recommendations to keep weight loss as fast as possible. People make a lot of mistakes in figuring how much they're actually eating.
Be careful and be sure to take a Centrum vitamin each day (they have chewable ones for teens).

That will do it!
I'm 5'4" and I lose weight on 1000 to 1200 calories a day.
You're 4" shorter, so I'd say 800 calories would be perfect!
