Main - Beef is actually the most traditional main course, though goose has also been popular for centuries. Duck is good, or if you want to try something a bit different I'm sure you could pick up some alligator steaks somewhere... Personally, I'd suggest a beef wellington...
Pud - If anybody needs pud after a Xmas dinner then the chef has done something wrong!

Ham (bacon/gammon) - Apple Meringue Pie.
Leg of Lamb - Fresh Fruit Salad and Real Dairy Cream.
There's also Lemon Meringue Pie or a Trifle.
For an alternative bird I was going to suggest Duck, but there's not much meat on a duck so maybe Goose instead.

Crown Roast of Pork - check out http://www.porkpeople.com/crownroast.html
If you can cook a turkey, this will be a piece of cake!
As for dessert, there are alot of choices! For traditional xmas dessert I suggest Pumpkin or Pecan Pie.

you could do a nice roasted ham. or you could go more traditional with a goose or duck, but those are really fatty and not many people like them. or you could do rack of lamb (if you're not expecting too many people) or my dad's family is italian and we have pasta and a lot of seafood.
dessert is simple!! you could do a trifle (a layered dessert) or a cranberry upside down cake.
good luck!!

First fries the galic until it is brown and then mixe in water soy sauce and then mixe it well. Wait till the water is hot and then add in sugar and mixe it well. Then put the chicken breasts in and cook it.
