crois en moi = believe in me
aies un peu de foi en moi
faith = foi
trust= confiance

"Fais moi donc un peu confiance". This is not really different from what the three or four previous answers have said, but the "donc" here is of critical importance, as it adds an element which brings out the fact that the other person did show some lack of faith.

"Aie confiance en moi" (polite form: "ayez confiance en moi")

Alternative: “fais-moi confiance” (or, polite form, “faites-moi confiance”.
