Well yes if your parents are really your grandparents, that is if the lady you thought was your sister let her parents adopt and raise you as their daughter and not their granddaughter.Then your Mother would be your adopted sister. I had a Sister-in-Law who was unmarried and let her parents adopt her daughter, The girl was not told the truth and I was advised not to tell her either so she grew up thinking her Mother was her sister.
