Yes...they are wonderful animals. Watch Bladerunner for an example of a world without these animals. Also, the Ancient Egyptians used to worship cats as demi-Gods. They are mini tiger/lions/panthers. They display the same actions and instincts as their larger cousins...yet they are docile and make great pets. You don't have to wash them in the bath-tub, yet are meticulously clean...actually cats consider us dirty...try touching the part a cat has just washed with his tongue...he'll look at you funny..and wash it again. They never smell (unlike dogs)...self sufficient...they will not get on your nerves like some humans do and are very faithful.
If you don't like cats, I can understand that. If you hate cats you're a moron.
edit: OH YEAH...AND HOW TOUGH IS THE STAR WARS GEEK SAYING THEY SHOULD BE COOKED WITH STEAKSAUCE? YEAH...I BET CATS ARE THE ONLY THINGS YOU CAN BEAT UP THAT'S WHY YOU HATE THEM SO MUCH. MORON.

I have to agree with Mongooses it could not have been said any better; also cats and other animals are used for therapy to help reduce stress/ blood pressure and also help with depression. You should go to some of the hospitals and elderly homes to see the effect on these people and how it gives them hope; also something to look forward to each week the pets come....By the way tell Lord Vader Sith Master an D. B to grow up!!!

yes i love cats!! i have had 3 but the 1st one died, and the 2nd one was like an outside cat and only came home at night. well then one day it neer came home, so we knew that was the end of that cat. And the 3rd one, he is still here. hes a fiesty little thing too. But no matter what, i still love him

I started my life as a dog person but once I started living with a cat I feel in love. The are loving and docile. I love to snuggle with my cats. They different personalities and the more you love them the more they love you back.

yes a luv cats i have five tonka, god, miss yankee, princess they are all wonderful! wait i forgot one milo hes a cutie! ok so i have 6 thats alot i know but i can aford to take care of them and the best thing is they all use the bathroom out side no nasty litter box!

No. They are selfish and mean. Except when we found a kitty I absolutly fell in love with her, so besides her I hate cats.
