Well Im gonna try to give you a response from your question, but as a friendly reminder, please include more detail the next time you ask a question.

By dew I take that you mean condensation. If your going from a cold to warm environment, you can prevent condensation by putting your camera in a plastic bag, then waiting for the camera to reach the warmer environment's temperature. Also, if there is condensation in the camera, take the tape out and let the condensation evaporate before using. Hope this helps!
