I am 15 ,5'6 and about 130 pounds. I do 50 sit ups almost everyday ,but only the top of my tummy is tone.On the bottom there is a little puge, but I want to lose the weigth without pills. I only eat once on the weekdays and twice on the weekends. Can someone help me. Keep in mind I'm only 15.

Drink water, water and only water. Eat of course, but water is the key. If you have enough water in your body you will not crave unhealthy foods. Good luck!

If you are really interested in losing a few pounds there are a few things to keep in mind: 1) Eating fewer times a day does NOT help you lose weight. In fact, it actually causes your metabolism to slow down and causes your body to pack on any fat that you ingest when you actually do eat. In other words, try to eat every meal, just smaller portions. And avoid junk foods! 2) Whatever you do, avoid any kind of soda beverages such as Coke, Mountain Dew, etc. These are packed with sugar. Instead, drink water, and I guarantee this will cause you to lose weight. When I stopped drinking coke and other sugary drinks, I lost seven pounds! 3) Don't over exercise, but do incorporate a wider variety of exercises than just sit ups. You should focus on keeping your heart rate up for 20 mins a day. And finally 4) Don't expect results immediately. However, if you check back in a month's time or so, you will notice the results! Good luck!

PS. Do know that your weight is not that bad. But if you do want to lose a FEW pounds the RIGHT way. Please follow the advice above.

--(note: I am a pre-med student in college, my grandfather worked in the hospital for over 40 years, and my mom was a nurse... i promise you, if this is done correctly, you will see results.)

work out every second day. run 10-20 minutes a day. im 5'8 and i was 140 pounds. i started the carmen electra workout video every second day, and ran for 20 minutes a day i and dropped to 120 and to be honest i look fit and yummy!! the video puts your muscles through some tough stuff, and the running sheds all the excess fat. eat healthy, eat smaller meals, but more of them. 6 a day if you can. NO fast food, cookies candies any junk, you odnt need it:) and turst me, you'll look smokkkkin

ok you should eat every single day starving yourself will help but when u stat eating ull gain it back i did start doing sit ups and crunches do twist stretch... and WATer DRINK LOTS OF THAT

and green tea...... that helps why u think japan and china people r skinny they drink green tea all the time ih hope it helps it may be hard but its worth it trust me!!!!
