The paper I was given by my dog's vet said that he could still impregnate a female for 3-4 weeks after neutering. I'd say, at 8 weeks, it's not at all very likely.

They can possibly but not likely impregnate a female for a short time after they've been neutered, but 8 weeks out, you're safe.

I had a neutered dachshund that loved to please the ladies! The answer is no he can't impregnate a female. They just dig having it off. However this can cause a serious and potentially deadly disease for the female. It's called uteroenterititus or something. It causes bacteria to grow in the uterus and it becomes an infection and if not detected can and will be a problem. My female schnauzer got it that way and had to have an expensive 'hysterectomy' because I hadn't had her spade.

No a male dog cannot. After being neutered they will sense when a dog goes into heat they just won't have it in them to care like they used to. Plus, the dog has nothing to give.

If he was neutered, he shouldn't even be interested in mating anymore. 8 weeks is plenty of time for the hormones to leave his body. 99.9% sure he couldn't impregnate another dog.

NO! Because the testicles that produce the sperm/seed that fertilizes the egg is gone.
However some dogs will still mount/hump female dogs anyway. It is the same with a human male that is fixed, he still has the desire (maybe not as much or as often) and can get an erection but can't ejaculate (come).
I have 3 male dogs and one female Chow. All have been fixed. The Lab (closer to her size) often humps her but never gets in her. He gets a usual erection but can't ejaculate. It seems that she knows they can't do anything and just lets them masturbate.
They will even sometimes hump the other males also.

A neutered dog has no balls to impregnate a dog of the opposite sex. LOL.

Your dog got neutered 8 weeks ago. Do you know what his means? Your dog no longer has balls. You need balls to reproduce. So, it is impossible for you dog to impregnante the female dog.
