So as to ensure the crust remains crisp, not soggy/chewy?

And if you say "oven", please at least describe what temp, and if you suggest preheating or not.

I preheat my oven to 475 degrees. I liberally coat a baking sheet with olive oil, and will sprinkle a little corn meal on that if I have some. Usually I will smear a little tomato, or spaghetti sauce right over the top of the cold pizza. Then, and it is a requirement, I add some shredded cheese over that. Even if there seems to be ample sauce and cheese on the leftovers, this method I find to be tried and true. The little extra I suppose makes up for the dehydration that occurred on the stuff while in the 'frige. It only takes 5-10 minutes if the oven has been preheated and you are heating slices, longer if it a whole pie. If the cheese gets melty, but not brown enough for you, 90 more seconds under the broiler will do the trick. It sounds like a lot of work, but it really doesn't take that much time at all. And, the crust is crunchy on the bottom, still soft on the inside, and the toppings will all meld together just right. I do this for my girlfriend all the time and she thinks I'm her hero.

What I've done is put it in the microwave for about a minute just to warm it up a little, then put it in a 350 degree oven for a few minutes. That way the crust wont be too chewy from being in the microwave too long and the pizza won't be dried out from just being in the oven.

You might also try heating it in a skillet over the stove with the lid on. It will ensure a crisp crust while heating it all the way through.

Reheating pizza is hard because of the fact in case you place it in the microwave, it gets rubbery. in case you place it in the oven, it gets not undemanding and dried out. What I did that worked tremendously sturdy grow to be to place it in the microwave for some minute, in simple terms to heat it up slightly, then the two positioned it in the oven for a couple of minutes at 350 tiers or warmth it in a skillet on the range to make the crust crispy on an identical time as heating it via slightly extra.

Best way I like to reheat pizza is by pre-heating my oven to 350 degrees. Place my pizza on a baker pizza stone and cook for 5 - 10 minutes. If you don't have a stone, I turned a cookie sheet upside down, and wrapped in foil. I cooked it for about 5 - 10 minutes longer. I love the stone more because the pizza comes out crisper.

I would try the oven if thats an option for you at about 350 straight on the racks for about 15 minutes.. that is the best way, otherwise, yes microwave.. but just microwave at 1 minute at power level 4 or 5.. depending how your microwave works. that will warm up your pizza to perfection and leave the crust still crisp enough to enjoy .. good luck

Put it in a pie tin, cover the pie tin with foil and put in a 350 degree preheated oven for at least ten minutes.

Personally, I have a FlavrWave oven that uses hot air to heat food, and I just put my pizza in it.
