It depends on numerous factors, most of them has to do with your body individually. Just remember that it's considered unhealthy and/or just 'water weight' if you lose more than 2 and 1/2 lbs a week. Good luck.

It depends on how much you weight right now and your body fat percentage. For example: It's a lot easier for a person who weights 300 pounds with 25% bodyfat to lose weight than someone who weights 125 lbs with 5% bodyfat. Some more detail would help. But if your at normal weight then 1-3 pounds a week is the healthiest way to go.

Maybe 1 pound a month. Maybe.

What you're describing wouldn't burn more than 175 calories per session and it would take 20 sessions to burn the 3500 calories necessary to lose 1 pound.

20 sessions divided by 4.3 = 4.5 weeks, slightly over 1 month.

It depends on the intensity. You just need to burn more calories than you are consuming. Also you need to increase your intensity as you go along because your body adjusts and hits a plateau which makes you workouts stagnant for weight loss.

it depends on how many calories you eat versus how many calories you burn.
if you excercise and eat more, you may not lose any weight, but at least it will be more muscle & less fat.
