personally thinking, no. First thing that comes to my mind is.. wow. that chic is hot!
Followed by looking at her eyes,
lips then the over all face
moving on the the um..um.. her two twins.
Then back up to the her face to see she noticed. If not then I check out the rest of her.lol
But sex is never the first thing for me. Sex it far down the list.
Guys who's first thoughtis sex are usually self centered loosers who spend to much time searching for pron. If they happen to get lucky the girl will be left hanging because the guy would be to excitied thinking.. hey yah man I'm gonna score and it'll be over before they both know it..just IMO

It's the first thing that comes to our mind when we open our eyes in the morning. We can look at a tree outside and picture ourselves having sex underneath it with a beautiful woman. So to answer your question correctly, when we see a beautiful woman, we don't think about sex, we think about what type of sex (positions, places, what she's wearing, how she takes it off) all of that goes through our head in about .0033 seconds.

Yes, most guys will think about how they can get her into bed. But if she's good at conversation, most likely they guy will just want to hang out with her and get to the sex later.

It depends on the guy. A guy who is lonely will think about that more often than a guy with a girl or a busy career. But then again I am not saying the guy with a girl wont ever think about it. Its all about timing.

Well...not exactly. He may first picture what she looks like under he clothes and try to figure out her measurements. He may also think about how hot she would look spread out naked on a bed or car.
